Bury Support Scheme: Citizens Advice Customer Adviser

The role

Context of role: Clients presenting themselves as in need of the Bury Council local welfare scheme will have access to independent, quality marked advice to help them with presenting needs and avoid repeat calls on very limited public fund.

Role purpose: To provide help and assistance to users of the service to overcome immediate problems and offer guided self-help to avoid problems in the future.
